- Foothills Shelter - Thanksgiving dinner will be served on Monday, October 14th, for all guests, volunteers, and staff. We're expecting to serve 400 dinners.
- Women’s Shelter Will also serve a Thanksgiving meal (expecting to serve 44 dinners).
- Ogden Hub29 Daycare will be closed.
- Recovery Program: Serving Thanksgiving meal (expecting 18 guests) on Monday, October 14th, with take out containers.
Menu: Roast Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Veggies, Stuffing, Gravy, Cranberry Sauce, Dinner Rolls,
Pumpkin Pie
or Cheesecake with mixed berry sauce.
Edmonton
- Central Shelter & Strathcona Shelter: Saturday, October 12th, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM (for clients only).
- Mosaic Centre: Family Dinner on Tuesday, October 8th, 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM (by reservation), and a Community Lunch on Wednesday, October 9th, 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Canora Centre: Community Lunch - Thursday, October 10th from 12-2PM.
- Strathcona CIC: October 10 12-2PM - Take out lunch for up to 80 guests.
Menu: All sites will be doing the classic turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, veggies, cranberry sauce,
roll,
and
dessert.
Kamloops:
- We are providing Thanksgiving hampers for families in need.
- A Thanksgiving dinner will be served to the shelter, Men’s Recovery,
and
Women’s Shelter on Monday, October 14th.
- The Women’s Shelter clients will be invited to join the regular shelter clients for a shared meal.
- Men’s Recovery will have their meal served family-style
Medicine Hat:
- Thanksgiving Lunch for community and shelter guests on Friday, October 11th, from 11:30
AM
to
1:00 PM at the CIC.
- Individual Shelter Meals will also be delivered for Thanksgiving Monday Supper on October 14th.

- A Thanksgiving Community Meal will be served on Monday, October 14th, featuring turkey, stuffing, gravy, and all the trimmings.
- The meal will be available for dine-in and to-go meals for some of our guests.
- In the week leading up to this, we’ll be assembling Thanksgiving food hampers for some of our school lunch families during our “Time for Turkeys” event.
