The Mustard Seed Employment Program serves individuals re-entering the job market. Many participants
have a wealth of experience in job fields such as customer service, construction, food service, general
labour, janitorial, retail,
skilled trades, warehouse, and more.
While some may have lost their jobs more recently, others have been out of work for several months or even years due to circumstances beyond on their own control. Due to the gap in employment and its underlying reasons, the challenge of finding a dignified and sustainable job is magnified.
Our participants, however, are motivated to return to work and eager to learn. The Mustard Seed Employment Program prepares individuals for a smooth reintegration into the workforce through one-on-one sessions with a dedicated Employment Coach, training opportunities focused on soft skill development and job-specific certifications, and work experience programs to rebuild daily routines, confidence, and stamina. They are now ready to make a meaningful contribution to your workplace!

Hire a Participant
Find the right candidate for your job vacancy by adding a new recruitment pipeline and building your
brand as an employer of choice. We would love to learn about your organization and staffing needs. We
will then only refer participants who
match your requirements for consideration. There is no cost for this service, nor is there any
obligation to hire our referrals as we are looking to facilitate a connection where your organization
and the participant mesh well.
Even after a participant is hired, we will continue to support the individual for up to three months to help manage the transition and ensure the relationship is mutually beneficial for your organization and the new employee.
