About Us
The Community Impact Centre (CIC) offers a safe and welcoming space for the community members of Red Deer. This location offers a wide range of programs and services that are accessible to individuals who are struggling and in need of assistance. The CIC in Red Deer provides participants with a variety of basic services from meals, clothes, shelter resources, and most importantly, an opportunity to rise from the struggles that come with homelessness and poverty.

Red Deer Shelter
- This location is open 24/7 to provide referrals to our emergency shelter support for those experiencing homelessness
Housing
- The staff members at the community Impact Centre can assist clients in filling out applications needed for housing support.
Wellness
- The Community Impact Centre staff members can assist clients in setting up appointments with Physicians and Physiotherapist on site.
Red Deer Community Engagement

The Community Impact Centre partners with local organizations, churches,
and schools in Red Deer.
Our Community Engagement programs facilitate a variety of educational opportunities surrounding issues related to poverty and homelessness to various groups including churches, community groups, and schools.

designed to support anyone that walks through our doors.
The Mustard Seed provides opportunities to meet the spiritual needs of its community; as a Christian organization, spiritual care is the cornerstone of what we do. Our programs are welcome to everyone and are voluntary to those who seek it.
