About the 2026 Tournament

Imagine a community where more people have a safe place to call home — a supportive environment where hope can take root and opportunity can grow. This is the vision that guides our work at The Mustard Seed, and with your support, we can continue making steady, meaningful progress toward it.

We invite you to be part of that impact by joining us for the 24th Annual Ted Green Memorial Golf Tournament. Every swing helps create brighter futures for community members moving from shelter into permanent, supportive housing.

Proceeds from the tournament will directly support our Mental Health and Recovery Program in Edmonton, giving Mustard Seed housing residents access to low-barrier, professional counselling. Your support helps ensure people don’t just have a place to live, but the care they need to move forward.

About Ted Green

Coach Green exemplified the best of Edmonton. Extremely successful in his professional life, he quietly spent time walking alongside the most vulnerable at The Mustard Seed. Rooted in empathy, Coach Green volunteered at The Mustard Seed out of compassion for community members. He did this with no recognition, no fanfare, but out of kindness and a desire to help. Recognizing the need for additional funds so The Mustard Seed could expand services, Coach Green was instrumental in starting this annual Golf Tournament. Bringing together a group of like-minded individuals, The Mustard Seed Golf Tournament was born, and remains one of our most important fundraisers.
