The Mustard Seed’s Children & Youth Campaign: Investing in Families in Need
Calgary, AB – Today marks the beginning of the Mustard Seed’s Children & Youth Campaign that focuses on a proactive approach to support children and families in the cities we serve. From June 20 – August 13, support from our community will go directly towards efforts and programming that prevents intergenerational poverty. By expanding and investing in services to include children, we impact the whole community – supporting children and youth means supporting families and generations to come.

The Mustard Seed Expands Its Health and Wellness Programs
Calgary, AB – It’s Mental Health Week and The Mustard Seed is Expanding to Provide Health and Wellness Programs in Its other locations. The Mustard Seed has been offering Health and Wellness Services from its Downtown Calgary location for over five years. In response to the needs of those in our other cities, we are adding services or opening clinics at Mustard Seed locations in Edmonton, Kamloops, Medicine Hat, and Red Deer.

H&R Block Partners with The Mustard Seed to Provide Free Tax Clinic to Vulnerable Canadians
Calgary, AB – The Mustard Seed has again partnered with H&R Block’s Returning Hope Program beginning March 14-26th, 2022. In its sixth year and now in 13 cities across the country, the Returning Hope Program with H&R Block provides low-income and vulnerable Canadians with a free tax clinic to access their tax refund and government credits and benefits.
