About Us
We recognize that poverty is no longer confined within the blocks of our downtown cores. Communities and neighbourhoods need our support. Located in Edmonton and Calgary, our Community Impact Centres create a greater sense of community and well-being, emphasizing the importance of prevention in the fight to reduce poverty and eliminate homelessness.
These centres welcome community space and offer a variety of services, from a cup of coffee to employment support, workshops, after-school programming, and much more. We're continually growing!
Everyone is welcome to enjoy this space whether it be for connecting with
neighbours and volunteers, for meeting friends and business partners, or
simply for a peaceful cup of quality coffee.

CALGARY LOCATIONS
Community Impact Centre Downtown
The Community Impact Centre Downtown (102 Building) is a central haven for guests and clients in need of essential items and resources. This safe and supportive space is open every day from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and provides the community with hospitality and care in their day-to-day lives.
Community Impact Centre Marlborough Park
Located in Marlborough Park, this centre facilitates a sense of community and well-being among its neighbours and surrounding area. Individuals and families are welcome to enjoy the space and encouraged to utilize the programs and services available including employment, food, health, and family supports.
Community Impact Centre Ogden Hub:29
Thoughtfully designed for families experiencing poverty and homelessness, Hub:29 includes 24 affordable, permanent supportive housing units, as well as collaborative spaces to serve the community as a whole. With a full menu of supportive services and educational resources, Hub:29 helps families overcome their unique challenges to truly transform their lives.
EDMONTON LOCATIONS
Community Impact Centre Canora
TThis location offers a variety of programs and services that are accessible to individuals needing meals, clothes, and a feeling of belongingness. The CIC Canora provides participants with basic services from meals, clothes, and an opportunity to rise from the struggles that come with homelessness and poverty.
Community Impact Centre Mosaic
The Community Impact Centre Mosaic provides a warm, safe, and welcoming environment to community participants in northeast Edmonton. Weekly programming includes a coffee drop-in, multiple community kitchen programs, fun recreational activities, and engaging community events. Individuals have access to a large variety of services such as housing resources, workplace reintegration, and life mentorship.
RED DEER LOCATION
Community Impact Centre Red Deer
This location offers a wide range of programs and services that are accessible to individuals who are struggling and in need of assistance. The CIC in Red Deer provides participants with a variety of basic services from meals, clothes, shelter resources, and most importantly, an opportunity to rise from the struggles that come with homelessness and poverty.
